John K Collings

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

John Collings is Memoreyes’ chief visionary, drawing on his experience as a security industry pioneer. He has built four successful businesses during nearly 30 years in the communications and security industries.

Prior to MemorEyes, John founded and operated Remote Electronic Alarm Corporation (REAC), a successful security company that designed and manufactured monitored intrusion alarm systems, primarily for apartment communities.

John also served in executive leadership roles at Europlex USA, which produced commercial intrusion and fire detection systems; UPLINK, which developed cellular-based alarm communications systems; and Mission Communications, which produced automated monitoring and notification systems for water utilities.

John’s industry leadership includes election to the board of directors of the Security Industry Association, chairing the committee that developed communications compatibility standards.

David G Tattersall

David G Tattersall

Founder and Chief Technology Officer

David Tattersall provides Memoreyes’ technology direction and development, utilizing his engineering expertise in security-related detection and communications.

David served as chief engineer at Europlex Ltd., the maker of intrusion/fire detection and reporting equipment, and in the same role at UPLINK, the provider of cellular-based alarm communications equipment and services. He also has extensive technical experience in web hosting and related services.

David’s industry leadership includes serving on a key subcommittee of the European Standards for Intruder Alarm Systems EN 50131.

Lang Lowrey

Co-Founder and Adviser

Lang Lowrey provides high-level business and financial guidance to Memoreyes.

Lang is a founding partner of The Verta Group, which has a financial interest in MemorEyes’ parent company. There, Lang serves as practice leader for private investments and corporate restructuring engagements, along with providing high-level strategic guidance across all services. He draws on his restructuring, corporate finance, and turnaround expertise, along with his investment connections, to transform and grow businesses.

Lang previously co-founded Renova Partners, LLC, a boutique restructuring and investment banking company, and he also owned and ran several successful ventures before selling them to create Buckhead Technology Angels to incubate emerging technology companies. Lang twice was selected to run Fortune 500 firms facing difficult challenges, implementing complex turnaround plans and securing robust equity events.

David’s industry leadership includes serving on a key subcommittee of the European Standards for Intruder Alarm Systems EN 50131.
